Not sure who to blame. The vertical pole that bolts to the base was noted to be bent. Also there was NO hardware with the packaging (no bolts) and the unit had scratches and rust dust all over it. I expected better. I typically don't write reviews because the products are typically as expected but this was disappointing. Not able to contact seller through amazon so this is my only way to give feedback.
